Although we have designed, studied, and validated dozens of CRM mixes, we are sometimes unable to meet our customers’ specific needs. Of course, we aim to be your trusted partner for the creation of custom mixes as well. Custom mixes will be prepared with manufacturing and quality control procedures similar to those used to produce CRM mixes, but naturally without performing long-term stability studies (LTS).
Custom products are made with NIST-traceable CRM raw materials. However, since they lack LTS studies, they will not be accompanied by a Reference Material Certificate, but rather by a Product Data Sheet showing the certified property value of each component and the associated uncertainty (U%), which, of course, will only be missing the contribution of the u% LTS.
Custom mixes can be created by choosing the concentration of each analyte, the packaging, and the type of aqueous matrix.
